Gentle Series
Series of hand-drawn digital works combining simple large forms, heavy brush marks, thin lines and soft colours to depict a zen-like landscape.
Pastel colour plays out the majority of the compositions.
Composition is always spontaneous using different digital brushes like ink, airbrush, watercolour, graphite, oil and drawing pencils.
Series is only done in one size, 28” W x 20” T. The Majority of the series is done in a landscape origination, giving the work a more tranquil more grounded feel.
There is a peaceful but playfulness to the works.
